1. It is our USP. It provides good opportunities for our wards. It starts with a prayer which is followed by the pledge and Principal's message. We have class wise programme in the assembly such as

2. Co-curricular activities
   Education is an all round development of a child it enables the student to learn the value of co-operation and make them more disciplined and organized. In chanakya every student is encouraged to participate co curricular activities such as elocution, essay writing, quiz, drawing etc., It also provides opportunities for outdoor games such as hockey, Kho-kho, Kabadi when the occasion arrives. Besides we encourage games like chess and carom board as well.


3. Planting Saplings
   We advise our children to plant a sapling on their birthdays. Again the children inform their close friends and relatives to do the same. We are very pleased that it has created an awareness of Afforestration among people.


4. Thought of the Week
   It’s nothing but highlighting the special programme of the week such as time management, good manners, poem recitation, art mela, science exhibition etc


5. New Year Resolution
   We have a new year resolution every year and we make the students to follow the same.


The Resolutions so far:


2008 : Set your goal and march forward to success.
2009 : Make your parents and teachers happy and proud.
2010 : Make your parents and teachers happy and stand as a role model in society.
2011 : I will be the messenger of peace and harmony and I will not hurt anyone by             my words or deeds.
2012 : Let’s change ourselves and make others change.
2013 : Be unselfish and find joy in learning.
2014 : Respect women, Respect elders and help the poor.
2015 : I will be a candle in darkness and solace in sorrow.
